		<description>Hi again

I don't think it matters a whole lot trying to teach people how to behave on a call, I find that normally if it's their first call, they will stay very quiet not sure if they should speak or not. Although that might be something to do with me liking the sound of my own voice and not letting anyone have a go :)

I did recently though start to mute people who had a lot of background noice, and also noticed people muted themselves too which really surprised me. I just started using the new Genesys Meeting Center 4.0 and the new UI seems to be getting people more involved and proactive when in a meeting. I know the call moderator's view is better now with a new client version but the participant version is now AJAX too, I didn't know until someone told me because I downloaded the client version as soon as I could. The VoIP function seems to be working really well, I don't know if thats just a bandwidth thing but it beat skype and vonage for sure.</description>
