I will recommend anyone starting out to use Paintshoppro, Acdsee, Photoshop or photoshop elements.. You are not able to use actions or filters with them or psd files... Check the various sites around that cater to digital, Dragonflairestudios, Digiscrapinfo, Digishoptalk. None of those large sites have anyone using any of these softwares.. Maggie Hi:
