		<description>I find it really interesting that people are investing in this technology without really understanding it -- and claiming it's "better" when they aren't even getting anything "better" (due to incorrect hookups).  It's a good psychology experiment -- "I paid so much, it must be better!"

I first heard about this on Media 3.0 -- in Shelly's &lt;a href="http://advancedmediacommittee.typepad.com/emmyadvancedmedia/2006/11/its_time_to_buy.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Technophobe's Guide to HDTV&lt;/a&gt;.  I'm glad I did my reseach before getting a set, to avoid being on of 52 percent!
